Aboriginal DJs Shub, Bear Witness and NDN recently dropped A Tribe Called Red, a free, collaborative album that spans numerous genres including indigenous, dancehall, and dubstep. It’s hard to pin down exactly how to classify this album, it’s 11 tracks of varied dance-floor oriented tunes.

The use of native chanting might put a few people off, but the entire album is a heavy affair that shuffles to a beat that transcends club culture.
